OUR STORY
Founded on April 10, 2008 – The site IS MORE THAN FLYING Its founder and editor-in-chief is Herbert Monfre, the page is aimed at segmented to the aeronautical market, as well as the aviation enthusiastic public through photographic collections involving commercial, military and general aviation.

2008 saw the start of activities focused on flight attendant matters, through a simple blog on the Blogger platform with the following address cmsherbert.blogspot.com which is still active today with numerous information.
In 2010 it was decided to innovate by creating a website through the Wix platform, where all pages were developed manually by the website's creator, Herbert Monfre. The creation of the website comes with the objective of maintaining the organization and a better accessibility to its visitors and exploring the information niche of the aeronautical sector through photojournalism and journalism in informative support through airlines and military bodies.
Another important point is that the website creation website is to explore and encourage everyone who admires and works in the area among them; liberal professionals, photographers, aeronauts and air workers, as well as the exploration of news, clipping and releases. On the Facebook social network, have the objective of divulging news in the labor market in the aeronautical industry, also seeking the planespotter side.
The site É MAIS QUE VOAR is currently present on social networks such as Facebook (facebook.com/emaisquevoar) with more than 9,500 followers, Twitter (@cmsherbert), Instagram (@emaisquevoar), YouTube (@cmsherbert). Recently the site joined Pinterest (@cmsherbert) and Google Plus, formerly G+.

Achievements and trivia
In 2016, the author of the website, Herbert Monfre, gave a short interview to Jornal da Gazeta talking about the importance of the biggest cargo plane in the world, the Antonov 225 when he was in Brazil.
In 2017, the blog surpassed the milestone of one million visits and the official website surpassed the milestone of 3,000 photos hosted in the photography collection.
In November 2017 – É MAIS QUE VOAR was nationally recognized with the 5th ABEAR Journalism Award in the Photojournalism category. The ABEAR Award, created in 2013, has the objective of stimulating, recognizing and valuing journalistic articles that focus on aviation and that allow, directly or indirectly, greater knowledge about national commercial civil aviation.

Author's Words
First of all, thank you so much for allowing me to reach you here in this space. I live in areas other than photography. I'm currently studying Administration and I'm also trained in the aviation area as a Flight Commissioner. Ten years ago I kicked off a dream of mine. Making my great passion, photography + aviation, my livelihood and livelihood. The road was (and remains) long and difficult. But today I can say that I have achieved some of the goals that I considered almost unattainable at such times. The vast majority of my work is in São Paulo. However, today I live 50 km from the capital of São Paulo. I carry photography in photojournalistic style during social and corporate events in my luggage. Here on this page, you have a small sample of my developed services. I invite you to view and learn more about my style of photography, wherever I've been shooting. My goal is to eternalize moments through my photographic gaze. And my greatest pride will be to see satisfied customers, return and refer me to future customers. Also, being great friends.
