The Brazilian Air Force (FAB) has anticipated the most anticipated cultural air event in São Paulo to August 20th. Air Sunday was  held at the Aeronautical Material Park of São Paulo (PAMA-SP), in Campo de Marte, in the northern part of the capital, between 9 am and 5 pm. The entrance was  free.

This year, the traditional event aimed at enthusiasts of military and civil aviation, said  with improvements in the food court and more covered areas, in order to meet the expectation of 100,000 visitors.

On air, the Fumaça Squadron performed only a few low passes in formation for the audience present. The air show did not take place completely due to the bad weather conditions  at the time of presentation.

On the ground, for the first time this year in Campo de Marte – the second  and the largest military cargo aircraft manufactured in Brazil by Embraer – the KC-390 – prototype 0002 with PT-ZNJ registration  been  present at the event. This was the main attraction of the event and became a historic landmark for Campo de Mars, which has an uncertain future, as corrupt politicians and mayors want to end the Campo de Mars.

Also, the shows were  on account of the motorcycles of the Escort Squad of the 2nd Army Police Battalion, in addition to the presentation of the Metropolitan Civil Guard Kennel, a moment long awaited by the children.
